If sport is not your passion there is plenty of things to see and do over the Easter holidays on the Murray River. An abundance of leisure activities in and around Corowa may see you visit the Corowa Rotary Federation Farmers & Variety Market (walking distance from our caravan park), or a visit to one of the wineries across the river in Wahgunyah for their Easter music afternoons (www.pfeifferwinesrutherglen.com.au; https://www.stleonardswine.com.au/; https://www.allsaintswine.com.au/). As the wineries are only a leisurely bike riding distance away, you may like to visit 1, 2 or all 3 mentioned and then head past Wahgunyah’s only Straw Bale Winery, Valhalla Wines, where wine maker Anton Therkildsen has kept his Danish heritage alive with some links back to the Vikings.
